application not unistalled completely

application folder lock is not uninstaling,so i deleted its files manually but still there is a option on right clicking on a folder of"lock folder with folder lock".how to remove this app.
and its files completely 4m da system.

If you need to uninstall a program that won't uninstall, try the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility.
Clickhere to download the utility.
You can use the utility to remove installation information for programs that were installed by using Windows Installer.
Be aware that Windows Installer CleanUp Utility will not remove the actual program from your computer.
However, it will remove the installation files so that you can start the installation, upgrade, or uninstall over.

If that doesn't help, then do a search on Internet for 3rd party uninstall or removal software.
There are several that are free of charge and good to use.

Antivirus in XP mode of Windows 7

I am using windows 7 and installed xp mode in it.
In xp mode it pops the message that "Antivirus not installed".
Since in windows 7 antivirus is already installed.
I want to know why is it so since antivirus has already been installed in windows 7 ? Is it
compulsory to install antivirus in xp mode ?

XP Mode, and any virtual machine, is a separate system.
The host system's antivirus and firewall do not protect it.
It is a machine connected directly to the internet (the connection just passes through the host system and traffic is not screened by the host) and needs its own protection.

I would suggest you to install the AMD Graphics Drivers from the Manufacturer’s website and check.

Refer to the link to download the drivers;

Note: Select the supported operating system to download the correct drivers.

Method 2:

If still you face any issues I would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Graphics drivers from Device Manager and check if it helps;

a)      Press
Windows Key + R, type devmgmt.msc.
b)      Expand the
graphic card, click on the drivers.
c)       Click on
properties, click on uninstall tab.
d)      Click
OK.

Reboot the computer to update the drivers automatically.

In case not able to update the drive I would suggest you to manually
download and install the drivers from the Manufacturer’s website and check.

AMD Radeon HD 6700M not working with Windows 8

I upgraded to Windows 8 not too long ago and every time I start up my computer I get a message saying there's a comparability issue.
I have tried following the steps and downloading the software from the AMD website, but it wont open either.
When I go
into device manager and check the driver it says it's all up to date so I don't know what to do.
Any ideas?

I had the same problem but doing the following resolved it for me.

1.
Uninstall all ATI Related Drives.
2.
Update the HD 3000 graphics driver(part of optional update of Windows 8) to the latest.
3.
Then go to hp.com, Support & Drivers, give the laptops product number and download the latest Display driver for Windows 8 and install it.

After this you should be able to see switchable graphics in the Desktop context menu and it should work fine(Atleast it did for me)

All the desktop icons have changed, please help!!

I wanted to open up a game so I double-clicked on the shortcut icon as per usual.
I was then told that I needed to search for a file either on the internet or from a group of programs to open this game.
I have all the games files installed properly.

I then chose to open the game with that games icon, now it has changed all of my icons on my laptop to a miniature image of that games shortcut picture.
I have no knowledge of how to restore ALL of their original pictures.

I also cannot open up a large portion of my programs as they automatically want to open it with that icon.
I cannot do system restore unfortunately as I do not have any restore points set.
Can anyone help me??
