Hi, could some one please help me here.
I have make the commitment to go windows 8.1 and now my wireless usb  adapter is not functioning.
i have tried the following.
installed drivers supplied with adaptor both with comparability mode and without , result not working
Looked for later  or comparable driver and could not find one.
installed drivers under compatibility mode  , powers down then insert adapter ,result not workin
Please could you assist me here.

It would be great if you can confirm the exact model number of your Belkin Wireless USB Adapter device.
Are you referring to the Belkin F5D7051 Wireless Adapter?
 
If yes, then it seems that this device is not compatible with Windows 8.1.
