Change the colour of the Charms Bar?

Hello everyone.
:)  I have Win8(not 8.1), and want to change the colour of the charms-bar from red - which I selected during the install of Win8 - to something else, but there does not seem to be any option to do this that I can find.
:(

I did find the standard DESKTOP/PERSONALIZE/COLOR options, but this only allows me to change the window border colours, not the background colour of the charms-bar.  This is also the same colour you get in the background when Win8 is booting up.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
