How to Fix - CyberLink Webcam cannot find integrated webcam?

CyberLink Webcam cannot find integrated webcam

I have a vista, pavilion dv7.
When I try to use Skype, it says to start up my CyberLink Webcam.
When I do try to start up CyberLink, it says that there it cannot find an integrated webcam on my computer.
This issue just happened suddenly, I have never
had this issue before.
Also, I keep getting a warning saying "USB Device Not Recognized: one of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it." This two issues happened at the same time.
Is there a fix  out
there?

To check for Windows updates. Open Windows Update by clicking the Start button , clicking All Programs, and then clicking Windows Update.
