-          Have you installed Notepad ++ on your computer?
If Notepad++ is installed in your computer, follow the steps mentioned below and check how it works.
a.       Click Start button.
b.      Type Default Programs in search box and hit enter.
c.       Select Associate a file type or protocol to a program.
d.      Select the exact file type of the Notepad++ and select Change Program option.
e.      There you will find the Notepad++ program.

Boot in Safe Mode:

• Open Run command as previously described
• Type MSConfig
• Click on Boot tab
• Tick Safe boot in Boot option
• Select Network
• Click Apply and OK
• Reboot your system

Your system will boot in Safe mode with Networking. You may now try and open Windows Store and should not see any errors.
