Why can't I find or install an app from the Windows Store?

Method 4:
Since you have installed third party security software (AVG), you may temporarily disable the security software or uninstall AVG and firewall on the computer to check for the issue.
If disabling the antivirus software fixes the issue, you may have to configure the settings of the antivirus program accordingly.
Please contact the software vendor for further assistance in this regard.
Note: Make sure you enable the antivirus software, other security programs and firewall after the test.
Note: If you are uninstalling the security software, make sure you have the setup files or media available to reinstall the security software.
Important: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats.
In most cases, you shouldn't disable or uninstall your antivirus software.
If you have to temporarily disable
or uninstall it to install other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done.
If you're connected to the Internet or a network while your antivirus software is disabled or uninstalled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

Hope the information helps.
