On Windows 8, Internet Explorer 11 opens properly from the Start Page.  After some inactivity it minimizes and appears in the lower left corner.  Clicking on the minimized window fails to reopen the program, however.  The only way to get IE to reopen is
to restart the computer.  Can you help?  Thanks.
