Cannot find internet explorer 11 update in installed updates

I have bee downgrading our users' computers from internet explorer 11, 10 and 9 so the can use the stable

internet explorer 8 which is stable and works perfectly with our company's web based system.
The laptops are usually Samsung with:
- Windows 7 Enterprise
- 64 bit
On some two computers that upgraded to IE 11, I cannot find the internet explorer 11 update in the list of

installed updates.
I could only find IE 9, when i downgraded it and restarted the computer it still opened internet explorer 11.

Please assist, the users cannot work with any other browser apart from internet explorer 8.

1.       Are these computers connected on a domain network?

If you are not connected to domain you can try the steps provided below and check if it helps.
1.
Press f12.
2.
Then in top navigation menu select Browser mode.
3.
Select the Internet Explorer version which you want to use.
 
You can also completely un-install Internet Explorer 11 , follow the steps.
a.
Click on Start.
b.
Type CMD in Search.
c.
Right click on CMD and select Run as administrator.
d.
In Command prompt run the following command and hit enter.

FORFILES /P %WINDIR%\servicing\Packages /M Microsoft-Windows-InternetExplorer-*11.*.mum /c "cmd /c echo Uninstalling package @fname && start /w pkgmgr /up:@fname /norestart"
