Can't Delete Google Toolbar for Vista to Windows 7 upgrade

I need to delete Google Toolbar in vista to upgrade to 7.
It is not in my Control Panel.
How can i get rid of this?

I've tried installing the upgrade with this still on - I guess - and both times I received a message that upgrade was unsuccessful and it rollsback to vista.
I don't know what else to check.

Any ideas?

I couldn't find it to uninstall either.  I did a search in regedit for google toolbar and found that real player had it as part of it's installation.  I uninstalled real player and deleted the folders associated with it and was good to go.
