Audio bluetooth is not working / auriculares bluetooth no funcionan

Después de actualizar a 8.1 de 8.0 dos ordenadores (un Samsung SENS 900X y un Lenovo Ideacentre A720), he dejado de poder utilizar auriculares con micrófono bluetooth (he intentado 4 modelos: 2 Sony, 1 Jabra y 1 Motorola): aparentemente se emparejan, pero
eso sólo dura un par de segundos; el dispositivo, luego, desaparece o no vuelve a poder conectarse.
Asimismo, no he podido conectar ni mi iPhone ni mi iPad (el mensaje que aparece en estos dispositivos  es que son incompatibles).
No obstante, he sido capaz de conectar un ratón Logitech bluetooth sin problemas.
Con la versión 8.0 sólo intenté conectar un modelo de auriculares SONY y no tuve ningún problema para usarlo, al igual que el iPhone.
¿Alguna idea?
