I've seen this problem in a number of places.
Win 7 shuts down OK every time, taking about 14 to 25 secs.
In reliablity and problem history I will intermittently get the msg; Windows was not properly shut down.
This may happen once or twice a day, for a
few days.
It'll then go for several days, then start doing it again.
Event viewer has given me no clues.
Except Kaspersky internet security 2011 has been slow to start or stop.
Nothing matches the exact time in event viewer though.
I notice someone else had/has
a similar prob' but, that occurs the same time each night.
I'm wondering if Microsoft know of this issue? Also how many other have noticed this?
