my net book has returned to the steam age, checked task manager and cpu usage is averaging over 70% and spiking to over 90% on task manager dllhost.exe seems to be the culprit, with the cpu column flickin up and down like a yoyo to 14.
i have a new virus
checker and both new and old detected no issues, have installed a suitable registry cleaner which also has not helped.
cannot get through  a sentence without everything stopping for a think.
what does dllhost exe actually do, can i end its process and my misery. 
I am running windows 7 and have very little in the way of software, bar, phone, camera and printer.
This is fairly recen,t net was super fst and now its like dial up!!!!!

Disclaimer:
If you run the virus scan the program that is infected with virus will get deleted.
So you have to reinstall the program.
Also if the files and folders are affected with virus then they might even get deleted

To check for Windows updates
