Trying to apply these formulas to format odd number rows starting at 9
=IF(($S9<>""),AND($S9=Z$7,$S9=Z$7),FALSE)
=IF(($S9<>""),AND($U9=Z$7,$U9=Z$7),FALSE)

Trying to apply these formulas to format even number rows starting at 10
=IF(($S9<>""),AND($S9=Z$7,$S9=Z$7),FALSE)

To apply different CF to odd and even rows, you can use:
=IF(MOD(ROW(),2)=0,TRUE,FALSE)
Now replace TRUE with the formula you want to use for CF for even rows, and replace FALSE with the CF formula you want to use for odd rows.
