Windows 7 - Error Codes: 80072F8F & 0x80248014 (Can't install updates)

OS: Win7 HomePremium 64bit
Few weeks ago windows update was not able to connect it come out Error Code 80072F8F, it totally can't make contact with the server.
At the same time Microsoft Security Essentials also not able to get update it send me 0x80248014.
I has try below step but can't fix as well, thx for anyone could help
