Adding a Column of Dates Pulled From a Single Cell

I have an excel file that, via macro, pulls a web query and formats the data.
My data however, does not get a much needed date from the web query.
I want to add a column via the macro that fills with the date that I am using for the query.
The date is in a field on a "Variables" tab so can be pulled from there.
I just don't know how I would do it.
The end result would need to be a column added with a header and the data filled with that date.
