after being omn-line 5 minutes, it freezes. Please help!

I have run Malware and Virus programs with no detection.
After being on-line for about 5minutes, my mouse moves but will not change anything (no hand) and the internet freezes, I can not close it but I can switch to other screens.
I have to do task manager
then sign back in. Can anyone help me
please?

What do you mean by you can "switch to other screens"?

After you go to task manager, what are you trying to sign back into?
