Count records exported from another system.

First time using this resource.  I am looking for some assistance counting records from data exported from one of our systems.  After exporting the data, each call has a separate row for each individual call with it's own date, time, phone number.  I need
to sum up the day by how many calls came in PER HOUR.   There is approximately 15,000 records per day.  Sample of export below.  Thank you.
