Hi Tom
Microsoft does not accept third party themes for distribution.
If you would like to share a theme you have created, go toMicrosoft Windows Live SkyDrive and create a free account for yourself.
After the account is created, upload the Theme files  into your Public folder.
Make sure the access for that folder is set to 'Everyone'.  You can then post the
URL to the Public folder to share the theme.

Open Action Center by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, and then, under System and Security, clicking Review your computer's status.

Make sure your computer has at least the minimum amount of random access memory (RAM) required to run the program that is displaying the error. Look for the program requirements online or in the packaging information.
